The shirts I was sent are the wrong size. When I reached out to the company to request a refund or exchange, they refused stating, "As a small business, we operate on very slim margins, and this policy helps us continue offering fun, high-quality designs while keeping prices fair for everyone." While I understand that a small business is hard to keep afloat, poor customer service certainly won't help with this.
